As a graduate at SMEC, you will be part of a key talent group who are driving change. Supported by passionate mentors, you will be exposed to the best practice technical specialists and contribute to the on time, on budget delivery of major projects.

 

Our Graduate Development Program (GDP) will support you for two years, nourish your desire for learning and growth, and help you develop into a well-rounded, industry-connected professional.
