The tunnel will be 620m in length and have shops and restaurants inside. It will enable multi-modal connectivity including connection to a future mass rapid transit (MRT) station.
Advanced construction methods, including Trenchless Tunnelling Techniques, will be implemented to build what will be the first pedestrian tunnel of its kind in Bangladesh. We are pleased to partner with our clients, specialists and government policy makers to develop sustainable transport solutions for the communities of Dhaka.
