This project, funded by the German Development Bank (KfW), was implemented by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) and aimed at modernising and extending Vietnam’s power transmission network.
Key Achievements:
- Infrastructure Development: The project included two 220kV substations (Quang Chau and Lang Son) with a combined capacity of 375 MVA, three double circuit 220kV transmission lines spanning 190 km, and two 500/220kV substation extension bays.
- Comprehensive Services: Our team played a pivotal role in organising tendering and procurement processes, certifying funds disbursement, conducting quality checks, monitoring sites, ensuring final project acceptance, managing reporting, and establishing baseline data for KPIs.
