Pacific Complete – Woolgoolga to Ballina Package D
Woolgoolga to Ballina reduces travel time, saves kilometres in travel distance, allows for a higher posted speed limit, reduces crash rates and improves travel reliability through fewer incidents and more readily available alternative routes.

The Woolgoolga to Ballina project upgrades approximately 155 km of highway in New South Wales (NSW). The project starts approximately 6 km north of Woolgoolga and ends approximately 6 km south of Ballina.

 

The upgrade signals the completion of the Pacific Highway Upgrade to a dual carriageway. The Pacific Highway Upgrade is one of the largest road infrastructure projects ever undertaken in NSW.

 

SMEC is delivering the 19 km Package D portion of the highway including a fully digital 3D information model.
