Kate Drews has been promoted to lead SMEC’s Urban Communities business in Australia, following the retirement of former Market Director Michael Jones.

SMEC has been appointed by the Roads and Highways Department in Dhaka, Bangladesh to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services on a key pedestrian tunnel that will connect the Airport Railway Station and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Station to the passenger terminals of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
