In Chile, Santiago Metro engaged SMEC to provide professional services during their corporate SAP implementation.

The scope of work included change management support and advisory, asset management processes support and training activities and materials related to the Plant Maintenance module of SAP.

Over a period of eight months, SMEC’s team of five personnel provided support to approximately 750 maintenance personnel consisting of Santiago Metro employees and external contractors.
